The integral BMS was designed and developed in-house, assuring a fully optimized solution for demanding material handling applications. The BMS software ensures the battery provides peak performance at all times when in operation (even at low charge levels), delivers longer run times between charges, and maximizes the total battery lifespan. All Power batteries are Solid Built!

FULL INTEGRATION

Our Forklift Battery Packs are capable of integrating with different equipment over CAN. This provides a seamless transition for operators when switching to lithium-ion. Integration features include:

Why Electric Vehicle ?

Electric vehicles are battery powered and there is no pollution when compared to your diesel or petrol vehicles. The cost of running an electric vehicle is very less.

Lithium batteries are used in most of the electric vehicles which makes it easy to maintain. There is no regular servicing is required for EV's.

The main components in a electric vehicle is Motor, Controller, Battery, Battery Management System and Charger. Other parts are secondary but they are important too.

How do electric car batteries work?

Where internal combustion engined cars get energy from burning petrol or diesel, an electric vehicle gets its power directly from a big pack of batteries.

These are much like a scaled up version of the lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery in your mobile phone - EVs don't use a single battery like a phone, they use instead a pack which is comprised of thousands of individual Li-ion cells working together.

When the car's charging up, electricity is used to make chemical changes inside its batteries. When it's on the road, these changes are reversed to produce electricity.
